Can I return an item?
Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and with its tags attached.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges for size, color, or style are not offered directly. If you would like a different item, you may return the product in accordance with our return policy and then place a new order, subject to availability.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If your return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order and the item is returned unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with its tags and original packaging, your refund will be processed after receipt and verification of the product.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error or a defective product.
Exceptions
Returns and refunds are not accepted for:
- items that have been worn, washed, used, or show signs of wear or perfume;
- items returned without their original tags or in a condition that prevents them from being resold;
- return requests made more than 14 days after receipt of the order.
